Like many people I just love church architecture. Is it the bold curves leading the eye ever
upwards? The rich colours of the stained glass windows? The history of the buildings?
The close association between the churches and the hopes and aspirations of the local
people? Maybe it's any of these or none!
Whatever the attraction is based on, I'm going to collect photos of any interesting country churches here,
categorised by whether they are operating or not.
