Toledo was yet another of the highlights from my first trip to Spain in 2000. The place is magical; from its location on a loop of the river through to its rich historical heritage - Holy Toledo, Batman! This is a must on any Spanish itinerary.

The cathedral in Toledo is huge and it's historic. The chapels never seem to end, and the arched ceilings seem to rise up to heaven.
